Abstract
An inorganic analogue of polystyrene, poly(phenylphosphinoborane) represents the first high molecular weight, well‐characterized polymer with a backbone of alternating phosphorus and boron atoms. It is accessible by metal‐catalyzed “dehydrocoupling” of a primary phosphane–borane adduct (see scheme). Keywords
