Abstract
We report observation of the frequency- and temperature-dependent conductivity and dielectric constant of the organic conductor quinolinium dietetracyanoquinodimethanide [Qn]. The experimental results are analyzed in terms of a random-barrier classical hopping model, with a specific distribution of barrier heights specified by three parameters. The model successfully fits both the real and imaginary parts of the conductivity over a very wide range of frequencies and temperatures.
