Abstract
Report ODENDOR spectra obtained by monitoring the ODMR signals from shallow donor centres in ZnSe and in CdS. ODENDOR signals corresponding to 33S, 77Se, 67Zn, 111Cd and 113Cd nuclei have been observed. The signals are very strong, in some cases representing 1% increase in emission intensity, and provide further conformation of the validity of the model used to describe the ODMR of donor-acceptor pairs. The 77Se and 33S ODENDOR signals provide evidence for the existence of significant chalcogen contributions to the donor wavefunction. Keywords
