Abstract
Five mutant alleles found in different populations of wild mice were shown to segregate from male heterozygotes in ratios greatly exceeding 50%. This leads to the expectation that they should be common in wild populations. Tests of wild mice from 5 populations additional to those reported previously revealed only 2 additional alleles in 2 populations. It is assumed that other factors oppose the spread of such alleles. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
