Abstract
In the present paper a review of the instrumental techniques used for the analysis of alkaloids in legume seeds, feedstuffs and plants is presented. The analysis is performed by chromatographic techniques. Mainly Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC), Gas Chromatography (GC) and High Performance Liguid Chromatography (HPLC) are applied. Keywords
