Abstract
In a precision Coulomb excitation experiment, 16.5 and 17.0 MeV projectiles were employed to measure the electric quadrupole and hexadecapole transition matrix elements of the ground state rotational band of . The results are e b and e . Model-dependent and deformation parameters are then extracted.
