Abstract
Precipitating antibodies to an antigen in the fungus Phoma violacea have been found in some patients In Sydney suspected of having allergic interstitial pneumonitis. P. violacea was isolated from domestic shower curtains, which may provide a source of human exposure. An antigen present in thatch from New Guinea huts showed a reaction of identity with P. violacea antigen. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
