Abstract
A new method for large area preparation of electrochromic MoO3 thin film on ITO glass has been developed. In the electroless procedure the Cu-metal covered ITO glass was sprayed by 0.5 mol/dm3 lithium molybdate solution of 0.5-1.5 pH and blue oxide film was obtained. Experiments were carried out for the cathodically deposited films, too. The optical properties of the two layers showed the same pattern. Keywords
