Abstract
Evidence from morphological and behavioral investigations shows that the genus Brachyphylla, presently referred to the subfamily Stenoderminae, is more properly regarded as a phyllonycterine. Certain aspects of the natural history of Cuban phyllonycterines are discussed.Keywords
