Abstract
The results of refractive surgery for post-keratoplasty astigmatism in 41 eyes are presented. Thirty-nine eyes regained a functional vision of 6/12 or better. Relieving incisions and compression sutures are the most useful procedures, but more than one operation may be required. Keywords
