Abstract
The author describes several different areas of work appropriation : working space, working hours, technique, managements. The significance given to these areas turns its back on the economic or strategic interpretations. The behavior in these areas expresses the desire to identify with one's work through his tool, through the work group and to create zones of security and autonomy. This behavior is a personal expression through a consciousness of one self as a result of the production function.
