Abstract
Soils collected from 5 provinces of central Iraq were examined for their fungal contents. One hundred fifty fungal species, belonging to 41 genera, were isolated and the majority were found to belong to the Fungi Imperfecti. The order of occurance of the chief genera of these isolates was Hormodendrum, Aspergillus, Fusarium, Alternaria, Penicillium, Humicola, Mucor and Pythium.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
