Abstract
The psychophysical method of constants was used to measure the difference limen for lifted weights in the range of weights 10-20 kg. This range is nearer to weights used in materials handling tasks. A constant Weber Fraction of about 0·04 was found in contrast to the findings of about 0·08 at weights below 3 kg.Keywords
