Abstract
The strain-rate along this colliding plate boundary is estimated at 0.5 × 10 −14 s −1 . This compares well with Price's rates, but not with seismic moment calculations which suggest creep may be occurring. No field evidence of such creep can be found, indicating that the significance of such rates remains elusive. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
