Abstract
Malignant External Otitis (MEO) and Acute External Otitis (AEO) are clinically very similar in their beginnings. It is important to differentiate between them very early. Bone scanning is the best diagnostic tool. Eight cases of AEO and MEO are herewith presented.Keywords
