Abstract
The finding of a clinically silent anticoagulant in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosis is reported. The anticoagulant was active only against thromboplastin formation, probably interfering with plasma thromboplastin component. It disappeared within 3 weeks of steroid therapy. Keywords
