Abstract
A study of the reactions , , , , and has been made and the fraction proceeding through the formation of estimated. The total resonant cross section is found to ge 12.5±1.2 mb and the resonant cross sections into , , , , and are 2.2±0.17, 6.7±1.0, 1.7±0.6, 1.85±0.22, and cannot be a member of {10}, , and {27} multiplets. The results are consistent with assigning to an {8} with a mixing parameter such that .
