Abstract
Alloxan in doses of 175 mg./kg. was administered to male rats. Four to 6 days later these diabetic animals were sacrificed and the livers removed for nucleoprotein analysis. The data indicates an absolute increase in desoxyribosenucleic acid. Keywords
