Abstract
A procedure for the isolation of the fragile Bacillus phage is described. Using this procedure, a bacteriophage for Bacillus pumilus was isolated. Certain of the fundamental biological properties of this phage were determined and described. This phage differs from the phage for other Bacillus species in burst size and latent period, otherwise it possesses many similar biological properties. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
