Abstract
Severe disease was produced in monkeys (Macaca mulatta) by yeast phase Histoplasma capsulatum administered intravenously and intra-tracheally. Monkeys inoculated intranasally exhibited a more mild disease process. No significant clinical signs of illness were seen in monkeys inoculated by the gastric route. Keywords
