Abstract
AV nodal reentry capable of VA block during tachycardia was successfully eliminated using a posteroseptal ablation pulse delivered well away from the site of earliest atrial activation during tachycardia. A possible explanation is that the arrhythmia represented typical AV nodal reentrant tachycardia with transient intra-atrial conduction block during tachycardia. Keywords
