Abstract
As part of an opinion survey among air traffic controllers at Frankfurt Airport questions were asked as to attitudes towards work and working conditions. A relatively high percentage of the controllers in question declared that they were satisfied with their job, but at the same time relatively high dissatisfaction could be recognized regarding important factors such as administration, pay and working conditions. The possible cause of this discrepancy is discussed. Keywords
