Abstract
Female mice carrying isologous male skin grafts were serially killed for study of the histology of sex-specific rejection. A reaction had already started 8 days after grafting, much earlier than gross inspection suggests, and only a few days later than the reaction to homografts. Specifically sensitized females may show evidence of a sex-specific reaction as early as 4 days after grafting. Keywords
