Abstract
Two groups of 5 men each were rotated daily for 10 days, the rotations consisting of 5 sets of 10 turns each at the rate of 1 turn in 2 sec. clockwise only. A 3-min. rest was allowed between sets. Men in one group were rotated with the head fixed and in the other with heads free. It was found that the former showed a greater reduction in the same time than did the latter. The reverse condition has been found for animals by most experimenters. Keywords
