Abstract
Change of potency ratios of chlorpromazine and hypoglycemic biguanides was investigated in guinea pigs under conditions of combined administration. An additive (chlorpromazine before biguanides) or an antagonistic (biguanides before chlorpromazine) effect was observed, due to the interval of administrations. Those findings are discussed in connection with estimations of blood glucose levels.
