Abstract
A brother and sister born to normal, nonconsanguineous parents have a syndrome of profound sensorineural hearing deficiency, enamel hypoplasia limited to the permanent dentition, and nail abnormalities. This appears to be a previously unreported inherited syndrome.Keywords
