Abstract
This article explains the process of strategic planning for organizations that facilitate independent living for older blind people in light of the complex, rapid changes that are occurring in this society. It describes two types of changes that take place in society and organizations, presents a model of the strategic planning process, and discusses the values that drive that process.Keywords
