Abstract
Antibody activity in tears of rabbits immune to T4 bacteriophage, bovine serum albumin and keyhole limpet hemocyanin was fractionated on DEAE-cellulose and by immunoelectrophoresis. These tear antibody activities reside primarily in 2 IgG fractions, one electrophoretically fast and one ''slow ''. Very, little, if any, antibody activity is associated with IgA.Keywords
