Abstract
Differential form methods are used to obtain a covariant Hamiltonian formulation for any metric-compatible gravitational theory. The Hamiltonian includes a covariant expression for the conserved quantities of an asymptotically flat or constant curvature space. Several applications are noted.Keywords
