Abstract
Three cases of pagetoid infiltrations by a transitional cell carcinoma are reported. The theories of histogenesis of extramammary Paget's disease are reviewed and discussed. Evidence from these cases suggests that the lesion develops because of the intraepithelial migration of cells. Keywords
