Abstract
Fifteen cases of palisading granulomas of the prostate occurring in patients with a history of previous prostate surgery are described and illustrated. This distinctive histologic lesion strongly resembles a rheumatoid nodule, but is not associated with connective tissue disease or infection and is probably related to prior transurethral prostatectomy or needle biopsy. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
