Abstract
The trace metal speciation in two standard reference soils from NIST was determined using the BCR sequential extraction procedure, and found comparable in the cases of Cd, Cu and Zn to previous results using the Tessier et al. (1979) technique. This new data may be useful as a benchmark for future applications of the BCR analytical method. Keywords
