Abstract
A study of lactate fermentation by one strain of M. lactilyticus which produces propionic acid (A), acetic acid (B), CO2 (C) and H2 (D) from lactic acid in a ratio of 2 (A + D): 1 B: 1 C. This differs from the classical propionic acid fermentation in that small amts. of H2 gas are formed. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
