Abstract
A membrane‐associated lymphotoxin (LT)‐related molecule was detected on human lymphokine‐activated killer (LAK) cells by flow cytometric analysis. Kinetic analysis revealed that the LT antigenicity on LAK cells appeared at 9 h after the beginning of culture and was maintained thereafter. By autoradiography, the molecular weight of membrane LT was estimated to be 31 kD and/or 62 kD.Keywords
