Abstract
The frame transformation theory for diatomic molecules is generalized to the case of triatomic molecules with symmetry. Analytic expressions are formulated to explain the difference and similarity of the -uncoupling effect in with those in . An anomalous photoemission of -Rydberg series in is predicted.
