Abstract
Fractionation of whole uterine fluid from estrogen-treated ovariectomized rats on Sepharose 6B showed that endopeptidase activity was distributed over 2 discrete peaks, with the component of lower MW (II) contributing about 40% of the total activity. Arylamidase activity was also found over 2 peaks, but the lower MW component (II) contributed only 7% to the total activity. Antisera were raised in rabbits to Sepharose column fractions containing endopeptidase I + arylamidase I and endopeptidase II.This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
