Fatal intra-alveolar pulmonary bleeding complicating pulmonary embolectomy

Abstract
Two patients are reported in whom fatal alveolar pulmonary haemorrhage occurred after pulmonary embolectomy. Possible causes and methods of prevention are discussed.Keywords
