Abstract
The replication of influenza B/Lee/40 virus in MDCK (canine kidney) cells was sensitive to α-amanitin and actinomycin D.In vitro, virion transcriptase activity was stimulated by dinucleotide primers such as ApG. The above characteristics are shared by A/WSN virus. This publication has 27 references indexed in Scilit:
