Abstract
Multiplying factors are given which correct for the inhibitory effect of various concns. of human serum in the dilution bioassay of penicillins G, X and K. In the particular technic studied, those corrective factors for 96% serum were 2.7, 2.3 and 18.2, respectively. In 25% serum the corresponding factors were 1.4, 1.3 and 3.6.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
