Abstract
Summary: The reduction of hemolytic complement to 10% or less by human γ-globulin aggregates and antigen-antibody complexes in mice has no effect on passive cutaneous anaphylaxis induced by homologous antibody. In general anaphylaxis in mice treated with Hemophilus pertussis the decomplementation by human α-globulin aggregates has no effect, whereas the antigen-antibody decomplementation produces a significant protection which is probably due to a shocking effect from this treatment. Keywords
