CONGENITAL CORONARY ARTERIAL FISTULA TO A PERSISTENT LEFT SUPERIOR VENA CAVA

Abstract
A case of congenital coronary arteriovenous fistula of the left coronary artery (posterior circumflex branch) to a persistent left superior vena cava is reported. The lesion was diagnosed preoperatively by retrograde aortography. Successful surgery led to complete recovery.
