Abstract
SINCE THE FIRST report by Parodi et al,1 interest in endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms (EAAA) has grown markedly. Multiple series have demonstrated the short-term effectiveness of EAAA repair.2-7 However, few data are available regarding the cardiac morbidity and mortality of EAAA repair as compared with standard open repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms (OAAA).Keywords
