Abstract
Parlodion (nitrocellulose) film was used as a substrate for the collection of histologic cryosections by temperature gradient transport. Comparative ultrastructural studies showed that this film minimized damage caused by thawing and acted as a support for histochemical procedures before fixation. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
