Abstract
A graphical approach to the analysis of linear dynamic systems is presented which complements the brevity of modern analytical methods with alternative illustrative techniques. A basis of theory for flow diagram manipulation is devised, and in application to a general class of linear systems portrays natural and synthetic structures involved in problem representation and solution assessments. The treatment makes liberal use of both classical and modern approaches to analysis. Keywords
