Abstract
A 68‐year‐old woman presented with haematological changes of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and acute monocytic leukaemia. This diagnosis was confirmed by identification of cell surface markers for T and B lymphocytes and the identification of abnormal immunoglobulins and lysozyme in serum and urine. Keywords
