Abstract
Electrical resistivity and Seebeck coefficients were determined for NiSb and CoSb as a function of composition. The results indicate that clustering of defects occurs for large deviations from the stoichiometric composition in CoSb, and that these compounds cannot be classified as electron compounds.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
