Abstract
Addition of 300 mg. of sulfanilamide per 100 ml. of yolk-citrate diluent gave a significant improvement in the livability of ejaculated bull spermatozoa over a 20-day-storage period and prevented bacterial growth. It depressed glucose and O2 utilization. However, the accumulation of lactic acid was increased both absolutely and in relation to the glucose utilized in the presence of sulfanilamide. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
