Abstract
Ion mobilities and volume recombination coefficients in sulphur hexafluoride were measured in the pressure range 0.25-21 bar. At higher pressures proportionality between recombination coefficient and the sum of ion mobilities is observed. The mobilities and the recombination coefficient were found to vary with pressure as mu varies as p-1.25.Keywords
