Abstract
Energy levels in have been studied using the reaction at 19.5-MeV incident energy. Thirty-six levels in below an excitation energy of 3.2 MeV were observed. Angular distributions were measured, and compared with the distorted-wave Born-approximation theory to obtain transferred values and spectroscopic factors. A considerable amount of strength was found, indicating the presence of neutrons in the ground state of . A recent shell-model calculation using an configuration shows qualitative agreement with experiment.
