Abstract
The present paper reports that ammonium molybdate dissolved in physiol. saline for amphibian and mammalian tissues, and in sea water for squid tissues, forms a fixing soln. that greatly reduces cellular distortion in vitally stained permanent methylene blue prepns.Keywords
